Day 1 – Arrival & Team Bonding
The journey began with the team’s arrival in Labuan Bajo, where the group enjoyed lunch upon arrival. The team then transferred to the hotel for check-in & a little time for rest. Later, we prepared a meeting room for a more personalized bonding session. Away from the office environment, colleagues connected to strengthen trust and camaraderie.
As the sun began to descend, the team embarked on a scenic road trip to Golomori, a destination known for its dramatic hills and ocean views. The journey itself was a visual treat, offering panoramic landscapes that sparked admiration and excitement. Upon arrival, the group enjoyed the stunning sunset.
The evening concluded with dinner at Nuka Beach Golomori. Conversations flowed naturally, accompanied by the sound of waves and cooling evening air. With spirits high and first impressions firmly set, the team returned to the hotel for a well-deserved rest.

Day 2 – Full-Day Island Hopping Adventure
Day two was dedicated entirely to exploring the marine wonders that make Labuan Bajo world-famous.
Throughout the day, participants enjoyed a range of activities including snorkeling, sightseeing, and beach exploration. Crystal-clear waters revealed vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life, offering an up-close encounter with nature beneath the surface.
The shared experiences at sea naturally strengthened teamwork. Whether helping each other during snorkeling sessions or capturing group photos against stunning backdrops, the day was filled with moments of collaboration and joy. It was a reminder that exploration becomes more meaningful when experienced together.
Day 3 – Sunset Sailing & Conservation Experience
The third day began at a slower pace, allowing the team to enjoy a free morning and midday break. This time was used for rest and personal activities ensuring everyone could recharge comfortably before the afternoon program.
After lunch, where the team gathered to enjoy local flavors, we prepare for one of the most awaited activities of the trip, the sailing. During the sailing trip, Slimstock Indonesia also participated in a coral planting activity, emphasizing environmental awareness and sustainability. This conservation effort added meaningful depth to the journey, allowing the team to contribute positively to marine preservation while learning about the importance of protecting ocean ecosystems.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the sailing experience became even more magical. The combination of golden skies, open waters, and shared silence created a moment that felt both peaceful and inspiring.
Day 4 – Last Day
Before heading to the airport, the team visited a local destination that provided insight into regional culture and craftsmanship. Lunch followed, marking the final shared meal of the trip.
With luggage packed and memories secured, the team transferred to the airport for their flight back to Jakarta, closing the chapter on an unforgettable 4D3N experience for Slimstock Indonesia.
